If you'd like to learn more, sign up for a dance class with your better half rather than reading a book on subject.

I took ballroom dancing with Special K. He can't lead and I can't follow, so.... you know.

As for Plan B, the most outrageous thing to me is that it's being promoted as a "contraceptive". Come ON, people. Call it what it is: a contra-implantive. It does NOT prevent conception.
