Is this from that book that I wanted to read and then lost the title of? And if so, what's the title?
It's originally from The Man Who Was Thursday--and I haven't actually read that one yet, just came across the quote elsewhere. Cheating, I know.
After I posted, I was reflecting that it's too bad the world seems to think that serial monogamy will do the trick. Though obviously it's not making people happy.
